Purpose of This Site

This site exists solely to provide information, assist veterans in locating the partner clinic listed on their VA referral paper for VA disability examinations, and to support general questions about the VA-referred exam experience. We do not provide medical, legal, or disability rating advice, nor do we facilitate appointment booking on behalf of the VA.

Form Submissions

Any forms submitted on the homepage or contact page are for:

  • VA referral support

  • Clinic location assistance

  • General questions related to the VA-referred disability exam experience
    Form submissions do not guarantee medical evaluation, disability rating outcomes, legal guidance, or appointment confirmation. Appointments are scheduled exclusively through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Walk-ins and unscheduled visits are not accepted.

User Responsibilities

You agree that any information you submit is accurate and relevant to your VA-referred exam or clinic location request. Misuse of forms, false submissions, or spam may result in restricted access.

Emergency Situations

Vets4Vets is not responsible for services delivered outside this website or decisions made by the VA or partner clinic providers.
